MMS, WF10 and the FDA: A Drop of Medical Tyranny

With the trial of Daniel Smith vs. the Department of Justice (FDA) for selling the Miracle (or Master) Mineral Supplement (or Solution), which we know as “MMS” scheduled for May 18, 2015 in Spokane, it is fascinating to observe the contradictions on some natural health advice sites, about the product’s “dangerous” chemical properties.

Anyone who wants to purchase MMS, a 22.4% solution of sodium chlorite (NaClO2) in distilled water (H2O) can still do so. There are numerous sellers and web sites in the U.S. and abroad where it can be obtained. To support a blatant attempt to turn a private individual into an “enemy of the state,” the agency had to give the impression that MMS is the very worst in BBBAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDD stuff!

I mean, really bad!

Yet, sodium chlorite is a compound (NaClO2), and the base molecule from whence it is formed, is sodium chloride, or “NaCl” — table salt — plus two atoms of oxygen (O2). The human body needs both; it can’t maintain health without specific amounts of all. Sodium and chloride both play a critical role in cellular metabolism, as does oxygen. Yet, I’ve seen some “science-based” sites, such as this one, that claim sodium chlorite, unto itself, actually causes cancer. The writer also gives the impression that oxygen will kill you too!

This is a false claim, but it’s perfectly okay by the FDA. Is it because they don’t care about truth? Or is it that they are not selling the products they are publishing misleading information about? Is it okay to make specious claims if they agree with the FDA, even if untrue?

The writer claims that MMS is sodium chlorite, “a form of household bleach that cause cancer when ingested in small quantities.” It is utterly amazing to see such non-sense trumpeted, not just as “truth,” but as authoritative truth. A higher truth. From this higher position, the writer then goes personal on Jim Humble, who first introduced MMS in this incarnation.

Mr. Humble bought his Bishop title from a religious title mill. Hoping to get rich quick, he started as a gold prospector in Africa, but he found a richer goldmine in sick people’s gullibility and he now is a billionaire. He says he has more than 5 million customers.  Say that each customer buys on average 5 bottles during their lifetime, that’s 5,000,000 x 5 x $20 = five hundred million dollars.

This is almost comical. However, actions such as these aren’t nearly as egregious as the FDA’s and DoJ for trying to make a case for damage and harm that not only hasn’t happened, but doesn’t happen under the circumstances suggested. They, who have done such great harm, want to make an example out of an individual who sold a product into a ward of the state although evidence suggests that the product (still) helps people. They want him to be “convicted” because they say he has broken “laws,” without any thought of being held to the same standard of truth.

“Let the agency that hasn’t broken any laws in seeking this prosecution, cast the first stone.”

A Closer Look at ‘Bleach’

Tap water is more "bleach" than MMS.
Tap water is more “bleach” than MMS.

I found a site, published by the Chemistry department at the University of Bristol (UK) which states that bleach is sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl). Chemically, and bioelectrically, this is a different animal altogether than either table salt or sodium chlorite. Even as far as bleach goes, it also appears that sodium hypochlorite is the base compound, but not the end product.

Household bleach is actually a mixture of chemicals, Its main constituent is a solution of ~3-6% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), which is mixed with small amounts of sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, and calcium hypochlorite. Its main use is to remove colour, whiten or disinfect clothing or surfaces, and is invaluable in most modern kitchens and bathrooms. (Read full article.)

Every one of the additional compounds in the formula changes the chemical properties of the end product, as well as its effects. It is unconscionable that trusted and respected agencies as these would be so oblivious and indifferent to these facts, and believe that the public is incapable of seeing through their ruse.

The egregiousness index extends higher because these agencies make up “laws” and “facts” as they go, and not even science, that great “confirmer of truth,” is allowed to get in the way. They want it to be so because they say it is so.

I’m sorry, no sale.

In the video below, we see how rust stains can be removed using a common cola beverage. This acid is far stronger than MMS, but since we’re many generations that have grown up drinking such colas, we do not question the damage that it does to internal organs when ingested in far far greater quantities than a sick person does when they take MMS.

We don’t notice that healthy people take such cola beverages over many years, and eventually get sick. Sick people have taken MMS in a comparatively short period of time, and have seen their health improve. While I realize that is real reason Daniel Smith is being brought to trial: because he has been instrumental in exposing and/or reversing a more pernicious trend, this is a truth the DoJ and FDA cannot admit to.

We now know that even science can be, and often is blind, deaf, and dumb when hidden agendas get into the mix. And unfortunately, almost all government public action today is guided by hidden agenda that used to go unquestioned.

Not Rocket Science

An explanation of the efficacy and potential benefits of sodium chlorite is well within the easy spot of conventional science to explain and confirm. What’s egregious is that no one seemed to care before they turned Daniel’s, Karis’, Tammy’s, and Chris Olson’s lives upside down.

Karis, Tammy Olson, and Chris Olson were convinced to “plead,” in the lexicon of the court system, “to lesser charges,” which if truth were to be told, most likely are filled with fabrications. Yet, the fabrications would be acceptable “valid evidence” of the efficacy of the government’s “case” in a court of law. But if the government’s case is not based on true facts, and it can be confirmed as such, then no court can convict Daniel and still be considered a court of justice.

This would be tyranny… just so you know.

Medical tyranny.

If MMS caused cancer, then in the hundreds of thousands and perhaps millions of instances where it has been used thus far, there would be thousands of people who saw tumor growth accelerate and would have reported it.

In spite of the FDA appealing for negative testimonials from the public, such claims didn’t materialize. If the agency was interested in what’s best for the public, it would have sought, and been open to, balanced input. Given its great responsibility, it would have shown restraint at using such a tremendous allocation of resources and money, to try to make a case against a private citizen, for harm that wasn’t actually done. This isn’t the first time such tactics have been used.

If MMS did harm, the word would have spread easily and quickly enough for it to become common knowledge, even without a request from the FDA, and people would stay away from it. The opposite occurred. Small amounts of sodium chlorite (via MMS) do not cause cancer. Yet, the small amounts of chlorine (Cl2) normally used in municipally treated water are known to be carcinogenic.

It’s fascinating to see how links to potentially exculpatory information on chlorite from “authoritative” sites that have no particular agenda against a private citizen, are suddenly not available, such as this one on the EPA site. The EPA publishes a page, titled: Basic Information about Disinfection Byproducts in Drinking Water: Total Trihalomethanes, Haloacetic Acids, Bromate, and Chlorite. If you scroll down to the very bottom of the page, under Other Federal Departments and Agencies, you’ll see two links on chlorine dioxide and chlorite. ToxFAQs and ToxProfile.

Neither of these links work.

Using some creative search methods, I found an information sheet from September, 2004 published by the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, the highlights of which state:

Chlorine dioxide is a gas that does not occur naturally in the environment. It is used to disinfect drinking water and make it safe to drink. Chlorite is formed when chlorine dioxide reacts with water. High levels of chlorine dioxide can be irritating to the nose, eyes, throat, and lungs. Chlorine dioxide and chlorite have not been found in any of 1,647 National Priorities List sites identified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

I was going to italicize the last sentence, but if you’re open-minded about this, there’s no need. And if you’re not, there’s no need.

A chlorine dioxide boost for the water within.

Then guess where I find this little product? On Amazon.com! It’s a 2.8% solution of sodium chlorite. A 2 oz. bottle can be had for $24.95. MMS is 8x more concentrated, and costs about the same. WF10, an infusion therapy that is a formulation of chlorite that is marketed by Nuvo Research, Inc., that uses 4 acid activators, and is many times stronger than MMS, costs $200 per month.

Here is a short description of WF10 from a 2012 Nuvo Research first quarter corporate report:

WF10, a solution of OXO-K993 containing stabilized chlorite ions, focuses on supporting the immune system by targeting the macrophage, a type of white blood cell that coordinates much of the immune system, to regulate normal immune function.

Does that sound like “bleach” or a cancer causing substance?

Then there’s more information from Nuvo Research:

———-

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Oct. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ – Nuvo Research Inc. (NRI.TO), a specialty pharmaceutical company with a diverse portfolio of topical and immunology products, today announced the results of a market study commissioned to investigate the U.S. opportunity for the Company’s experimental immunotherapy product, WF10, as a treatment for patients with refractory allergic rhinitis.  The study, performed by Psscion Lifesciences Consulting (Psscion), forecasts that WF10 could capture 10-15% of the U.S. refractory allergic rhinitis market with peak U.S. annual sales of US$0.7 billion to US$1.1 billion.

“This market study confirms the significant U.S. market opportunity for WF10 to treat refractory allergic rhinitis,” said Dr. Henrich Guntermann, President of Nuvo’s Europe & Immunology Group.  “Our clinical and case study data suggests that WF10 is a revolutionary therapy that provides symptomatic relief from multiple airborne allergens for up to 2 years after only 5 days of treatment.  We are eagerly awaiting results in Q1 2015 of our ongoing 183 patient Phase 2 allergic rhinitis clinical study that is designed to confirm the positive results achieved in our earlier 60 patient Phase 2 proof-of-concept study.”

———-

This is a stabilized “chlorite” product. After acid breaks the molecule, the chlorite produced from MMS is also stabilized.

I didn’t start off the day intent on writing about MMS, but as all these agendas flooded my mind, it was the sensible thing to do.

I don’t blame the DoJ for not knowing this stuff, but I do blame the FDA. But then, I can only do that if I believe they truly care about the public’s health, and truth. If you look at their track record, in the remedies that get “FDA Approval,” they’re not doing the public any big favors. They are doing great service to corporations. Yet, they can’t base or support their claims against Daniel Smith and Project Green Life on valid, actual science.

For all of the clinical trials that have been done with WF10, on cancer, AIDS, and other conditions — the ones that naysayers say must be done or the results are “just anecdotal,” the FDA has still elected not to give the product its approval. By so doing, they have persisted in keeping the potentially therapeutic results out of the hands of licensed physicians, and available to patients that want to restore their health.

This too, is medical tyranny.

Thank you for yet another wonderful article!

On the bright side, the defeat of Big Pharma’s little brother, the FDA, in this case might be the start of the rot for the FDA. Possibly, people will take this opportunity to attack the FDA in other areas afterwards. This will happen one day anyway and inevitably, so can’t that moment be now?

The FDA must surely have been completely discredited publicly in the USA, or are Americans really “sheeple” as opposed to “people”? Believing the FDA is like believing the words of a politician, and nobody in their right mind believes anything that comes out of the mouth of a politician, in any country.

It will be most displeasing to the FDA and their big brother to hear about their cousin’s error (The Red Cross), which proved that MMS cures malaria within 2 days. The Red Cross tried to deny that the tests took place, but someone videoed the truth. I wonder, if Daniel knows about this. (Go to YouTube and search for”MMS cures malaria in Uganda”)

This is going to cause a few of the horned folks at the FDA a little concern.

Ooops! There goes my chance of ever getting a visa to the USA!

    Hi Adam,

Thank you for another wonderful and informative post. I do hope the suppression of truth and continuing focus on corporate America by the FDA et al comes to an end before humanity reaches the point of no return. Your efforts and commentary are a refreshing reminder that it might be possible.

And my continuing best wishes to Daniel in fighting for what I see as being truly right and just.

    Kel
